Treatment for Supply by Dr. Ernest Holmes
A treatment after this manner should prove the law of abundance in the life of those who use such statements, and believe in them:
"I am surrounded by pure Spirit, by God, the Living Spirit. My thought is God thought, and it is the law unto that thing where unto it is spoken. Everything that I do shall be a success. I am led, guided and inspired by the Living Spirit of Love and of right action. I am compelled to move in the right direction and to always know what to do, where, and how to do it.
"I am surrounded by right action. I am filled with the consciousness of right action. Right action is success in all that I undertake to do. I am successful in all my undertakings, and I am compensated for all my efforts. I am surrounded by Substance, which is always taking the form of supply and always manifesting Itself to me in the form of whatever my need may be at the time.
"I always have an abundance of money and an abundance of whatever it takes to make life happy and opulent. There is a continuous movement toward me of supply, of money, of all that I need to express the fullest life, happiness and action.
"I have an inner understanding of my place in the Universe. I know that it is unique. The Divine has not incarnated in anyone else in just the same individual way that It has in me. I am unique and forever individualized. Therefore, I do not need to imitate anyone or to long for the good that belongs to another. All good is now mine and is now manifest in my experience. I do not compete with anyone, for I am and remain forever myself. This self is united with all selves, but is always an individual and a unique self.
"There is that in me which all people recognize as worth while and desirable, and everyone whom I meet loves this self of mine and recognizes its worth. I draw all toward me and those whom I can benefit and those who can benefit me are irresistibly drawn toward me. I do not strain, will or coerce. I know. The Truth makes me free from the fear of poverty or bondage, and emancipates me from the thought of limitation. I see that money, like everything else that is desirable, must be a spiritual idea, and I know that I have this idea right in my mind at this moment, I shall always have this idea of abundance. It is mine and I take it.
"The opportunity for self-expression and compensation is always open to me and I am at all times compelled to know, accept and operate upon this opportunity. I have abundance because I am abundance.
"All that the Father hath is mine."
And So It Is.

Harmony at the Center of Everything
From Dr. Ernest Holmes:
I have a deep and abiding conviction that there is one divine and perfect Presence in the universe; that the spirit of Truth is everywhere; that God is right where I am. There is neither doubt, confusion, nor fear, for I know I am rooted in the one and only perfect and divine Presence.
I also realize that the divine Law of Life operates upon my word to bring about definite results in my affairs and the affairs of those for whom I am thinking. I have a complete confidence in the Law of Good, an unshakable trust in It, and complete reliance upon It. I know, as Jesus said, that "all things are possible to God;" that there is no limitation to the Law of Good. Therefore, in quiet confidence, in calmness and peace, and in perfect trust, I speak my word and accept for myself and all others, loving companionship, prosperity, joy, success, and peace.
I am conscious that I am surrounded by Divine Love and Infinite Wisdom, and that the Life of God is my life now. I know that there is nothing in me which can hinder Divine Intelligence from governing my affairs, from daily guiding me into right action, therefore, I affirm that at all times I know what to do and am impelled intelligently to act on every right impression that comes to me. ... And so it is.

The Irresistible Word
The Truth within me is unassailable, and the Power of the Word is irresistible. I can now feel that my Word has gone forth with Power and Reality, and that it will accomplish that purpose for which it was created. Limitless is its Power and wonderful are its works. It can be nothing less than the Almighty working in and through me. I will let this Word of the Spirit go forth from my mouth, and heal and bless the world. It shall be as a strong tower unto all who call upon it. The Truth is Complete and Perfect, and is within me now.
My Word is complete and perfect, now.

April 7, 2008 & Friendship
ON FRIENDSHIP by Ernest Holmes
Preface ...the person who sees what they want to see, regardless of what appears, will someday experience in the outer world what they have so faithfully seen within . . . The God of love cannot hear the prayer of the one who fails to love. In our meditation for friendship, let us make our unity with all people, with all life.
Treatment: God in me is united with God in all. This One in now drawing into my life all love and fellowship. I am one with all people, with all things, with all life. As I listen in the silence, the voice of all humanity speaks to me and answers the love that I hold out to it.
The great love which I now feel for the world is the Love of God, and it is felt by all and comes back to me from all. I understand all people and this understanding is reflected back to me from all. I give friendship and therefore I have friends. I help, therefore I am helped. I uplift, therefore, I am uplifted. I am now surrounded by all love, all friendship, all companionship, all health, all happiness, all success. I am one with life. I wait in the silence while the Great Spirit bears this message to the whole world.

March 6, 2008 & Healthy Body, Healthy Mind
This treatment was written by Dr. Ernest Holmes in 1948:
I know that as there is one Mind, tha Mind is God and that Mind is my mind, so also there is one Body, that Body is spiritual and that Body is my body. So, every organ, every function, every action and reaction of my body is in harmony with the divine creative Spirit. I have both "the mind of Christ" and the Body of God.
I live in the one Mind and act through the one Body, in accord with divine harmony, perfection and poise. Every organ of my body moves in accord with perfect harmony. The Divine circulates through me automatically, spontaneously and perfectly. Every atom of my being is animated by the Divine Perfection.
My body, and every part of it, is made of pure substance - God. It cannot deteriorate. This instant this infinite substance within me, that is constantly flowing through me, takes form in the likeness of perfect, whole, complete cells. My body (Spirit in form) knows no time, knows no degree; it knows only to express fully, instantaneously. The perfect Life of God now expresses through me, and every part of my body expresses its innate perfection and wholeness.
And so it is.

March 3, 2008 & All The Good There Is
I have read this treatment from "How To Use The Science Of Mind" by Ernest Holmes, two or three times today. Every minister and practitioner of the Science of Mind, use this book as part of their educational training. This is one of my favorite "Ernest Holmes" treatments:
Realizing that the Infinite Spirit within me, which is God, the living Spirit Almighty, knows me as part of Itself, I consciously turn from every thought that can deny my union with all the presence, all the power, and all the good there is.

I know that my word, operating through the great Law of Life, is the law of my personal experience. I affirm my union with life, with love, with truth, with beauty and with power. I know everything I do, say and think is stimulated by Divine Intelligence, Infinite Love and Perfect Wisdom. Nothing but good can go from me and only that which is good can return to me.
Calmly, joyfully, peacefully, I place myself in the hands of Divine Guidance, knowing I shall be stimulated to think intelligently, to choose wisely, and to act with precision. I rest in complete assurance that all is well with my soul, that all is well with the soul of everyone I contact, because God, the living Spirit, is over all, in all, and through all.

The peace of God is at the center of my being.
I am conscious of this peace.
I enter into this peace.
I am surrounded by this peace.
This peace moves out from me in all directions.
It calms the troubled waters of my experience.
It heals everything it contacts.
There is nothing but peace.
I rejoice in this peace.
I permit this peace to enter my soul, to fill me with calm, to inspire me with confidence.

February 1, 2008 & Healing Confusion or Discord
This treatment can be found in The Science of Mind, page 554. It was written by Dr. Ernest Holmes, author of The Science of Mind.
"I know there is a Spirit in me which unfolds Itself to me; and I know that this Spirit - or Infinite Wisdom and Divine Love and Perfect Law - enlightens my consciousness and awakens within me, within the personal, the knowledge of Its meaning, the realization of Its Presence, and the power of Its Law. I am conscious that this Universal IT is an ever-present Being to me and to every man, because where the Universe personifies, It becomes personal. Therefore, there is within me an immediate Presence, the Infinite of the finite self, all-knowing, all-wise, and forever perfect. It is this Real Me that I seek to vision in my thought, that I seek to embody in my consciousness. It is that ME that cannot be sick, knows no lack, has no limitation, never suffered want, and cannot experience fear.
The Spirit of Infinite Peace is my spirit now. The Presence of That which is perfect is within me, in every function, in every organ, every attribute and every atom. In each cell, there vibrates the perfect Divine Wholeness.
And this comprehension, this application to myself, this knowing-ness, reveals me to myself and heals the apparent confusion and discomfort, because WHERE THAT PERFECT CIRCULATION IS KNOWN, IT IS ESTABLISHED! Where that perfect efficiency is known, it is demonstrated. THE TRUTH KNOWN IS IMMEDIATELY MANIFEST, and I am now conscious of my own wholeness, my own depth of being, the spiritual me, the Divine Self.
And now I know that my Divine Self is not separated from the self that appears; that the Universal Self is made manifest because the Word is made flesh and dwells in the midst of my physical me. The Word becomes activity and surrounds me with a harmonious activity - with happy action and perfect reaction. The Word becomes Light and guides me into all good. The Word becomes beauty and surrounds me with beauty. The Word, which is Substance, becomes supply and brings to me everything I need, because "The Word was with God and the Word was God," and the Word is God.
This consciousness of Wholeness, this recognition of the Self, obliterates every belief of confusion and discord from my life." And so it is.

I am one with a complete understanding of Truth. I know and I accept within my consciousness that there is only One Mind, this Mind is God, and this Mind is my mind now. And in this understanding I am happy and complete today and forever. Within me is that which is Perfect and Complete and I am radiant with joy and happiness. I always choose that which is for my highest and greatest Good and I live the Good Life now and always. I always have a great confidence in that which I choose to demonstrate in my life for I know that the Law works precisely to bring forth in my experience all that is necessary for my complete happiness and success. My Good is always at hand and I am always provided for and I accept my Good knowing that there is no big or small ... I can have it all ... and for this I am always, deeply grateful. I let it always be so. And so it is.

As I recognize God, Infinite Spirit, I recognize infinite, abundant Good. And as I unify with God and this abundant Good, I lift up my awareness to more and more Good. Knowing that prosperity and success are part of the wholeness that I am. I consciously choose a greater and greater Good each day in which to experience. I am never without any Good thing and I am always in the right and perfect financial position to make the most of my prosperity consciousness. There is a great joy in knowing that the prosperous life is my life now ... and I enjoy all the Good that my consciousness brings to me with gratitude and deep appreciation. I enjoy prosperous living knowing that it is a natural expression of the Divine through me ... as me, and for me. I accept and I believe that prosperity is available to all and there is enough and more for everyone .... for this is the Universal Blessing expressing Itself for me and for you. And so it is.

July 21, 2007 & Contemplation
Most everyone practices contemplation, although some people may not be aware that they are contemplating. To contemplate is to "still the mind" and to focus on a particular subject or issue ... and it is not always a positive subject or issue, sometimes it is negative. Contemplation simply means that we examine our thoughts ... and oftentimes our contemplation will make us aware of something new about the subject or issue that we hadn't thought about before. I opened one of my Science of Mind textbooks today and found this contemplation written by Dr. Ernest Holmes. It is titled, "I Was Told To Live" ...
By some inner mystic Presence,
I was told to live and to love, to laugh and to be glad.
I was told to be still and know of the One Almighty Power, in
................ and through all.
I was told to let that Power work through and in me.
I believed that voice and I received my Good.
