God Restores Me to Perfect Health by Dr. Ernest Holmes

            The Spirit within me is God, that Spirit is perfect.  That Spirit is divine, whole, happy, complete.  Spirit of Infinite Peace is with me, that Peace - poised in perfect life, complete in perfect happiness - that Spirit within me is God and is Whole.  That Wholeness is perfect now.
            God is immediate Presence and an immediate Experience in my mind and soul, and I am conscious of this Perfect Presence, this Divine Wisdom, this Eternal Wholeness.  Now I recognize that the Principle of Life is in me and around me and operates through me; that It has no want, has no fear, has no doubt, has no limitation.  There is that within me which guides me into opulence, into success, into harmony and love and beauty and friendship, and It does this in peace, in joy, in certainty.  I let that Divine within me - using whatever method It may - restore me to perfect health, perfect happiness and harmony and bring into my experience everything that is good, that is perfect, that is true and successful.
            I am not only one with this Spirit, but this Spirit is all that I am.  It is my whole being, and this Divine Wisdom is in my thought, causing me to act and move intelligently, to make right choices and to follow right pursuits.  There are no problems in this Divine Wisdom.  Therefore, the road is made straight before me; every obstacle is removed and I am led - irresistably led - to the Absolute, certain goal of Good, of accomplishment, of success.
                God Restores Me to Perfect Health .... and so it is, amen.

Health Is A Principle Active Within Me - Rev Bates

G-d is my Health ... G-d is the life within me. I close my mind to the effects of yesterday's consciousness, and accept that today, in this very moment, only the health of G-d permeates my being, physically, emotionally and mentally. I am only subject to the Truth of my being; health, happiness, wholeness. I am whole ... holy, for I am of G-d, of the Good. There is no imperfection within my consciousness and no imperfections in my life experience. I identify with health, now, for I know my true identity.

I believe and I know that as my mind is filled with a positive faith, that my health is sustained and maintained with grace and ease. I do not resist that which denies my health, I just keep my focus on well-ness and whole-ness. I nurture the image of myself as healthy, happy, and filled with a joyous wonder that G-d has created me ... that G-d has made me in the image and likeness of good and only good. This is the truth about me now and always ... all that I am is good and all that I am is of G-d.

I accept that the Spirit in-dwells me, that It fills me with Its health, harmony and love. I know and I believe that Divine Love lifts my consciousness into the highest idea of me and of my life now. I accept and I realize that my health is the perfect out-picturing of the spark of the Divine at the center of me. I clear my mind and I rest in the quiet confidence that all that concerns me, beginning right now, right where I am, is a loving reflection of all that is good, and beautiful and of G-d. And for this I give thanks and rejoice in the consciousness of knowing ... for Health is a Principle active within me.
And so it is.

Dr. Joseph Murphy - Special Prayer for Eyes and Ears

I am the Lord that healeth me. My vision is spiritual, eternal, and a quality of my consciousness. My eyes are Divine ideas, and they are always functioning perfectly.

My perception of spiritual Truth is clear and powerful. The light of understanding dawns in me; I see more and more of God's Truth every day. I see spiritually; I see mentally; I see physically. I see images of Truth and Beauty everywhere.

The infinite Healing Presence is now, this moment, rebuilding my eyes. They are perfect, Divine instruments, enabling me to receive messages from the world within and the world without. The glory of God is revealed in my eyes.

I hear the Truth; I love the Truth; I know the Truth. My ears are God's perfect ideas, functioning perfectly at all times. My ears are the perfect instruments which reveal God's harmony to me. The love, beauty, and harmony of God flow through my eyes and ears; I am in tune with the Infinite. I hear the still, small voice of God within me. The Holy Spirit quickens my hearing, and my ears are open and free. Amen.

Treatment for Health

Knowing that the Infinite has instilled within me the intelligence to choose, I choose health, peace of mind, and freedom. I am free in the Spirit and this Spirit dwells within me. My health is an expression of God-in-me; perfect, whole, complete. I am relaxed and my mind is filled with peace as I know the truth about health. I know that God is Life and I am part of this Life which is God. I know that every part of my Being is animated and alive with the Spirit of God. I know that there is nothing that obstructs my health, my peace of mind, or my freedom to express life physically, mentally and emotionally in a state of complete, whole and perfect health. Every part of my Being is healthy; mind, body, spirit. Nothing shall enter my consciousness that does not demonstrate health and peace in my experience. I fully accept that I am expressing God's infinite health and peace as me, for me, and through me. I know that it is God expressing all these things through my consciousness of acceptance and gratitude. I surrender all things unlike health and peace of mind to God, Infinite Spirit, knowing and trusting that everything that concerns me is harmonized into the Good; health, peace, joy. And so it is.

Health and Happiness

There is only One Life, that Life is God, and that Life is expressing Itself in all people. This Life, which is God, expresses as health, harmony and happiness, infinitely. There is that within each of us that knows this, for it is the Truth that is affirmed within our consciousness. I know right now in this moment that as I recognize this as the Truth for anyone, I recognize it as the Truth for everyone, for God is All, in All. I accept that my realization of this Truth reveals God's Perfect Presence in all people who are open and receptive to a greater experience of health, harmony and happiness. I believe and accept that God, Infinite Spirit, responds to my knowing that this health, harmony and happiness is of God ... and in this awareness, Truth permeates my consciousness as I speak my word of healing definitely and specifically for myself and for all others. I am grateful for knowing that no one is ever separated from God and no one is ever separated from health, harmony and happiness. In this consciousness, I accept an instantaneous healing for all those who seek to be healed, to be loved, to be safe and to be secure ... for I know that whatever Good I accept in my mind, has already been accepted in Divine Mind, for me and for all others. I rejoice and give thanks that this is so ... now and always. And so it is.

I rejoice and give thanks for the consciousness of knowing that there is only One Life, this Life is God, and this Life is ____ name _____ life, now. There is only One ... One Life, One Presence, One Body ... and this is the Life, the Presence, and the Body of God expressing through All Life now and always. My entire body is now a receptive channel for the operation of God-Life. My thought is pure, relaxed and peaceful. My breathing is not obstructed (asthma); my thought is not sensitive to any discordant or disagreeable sentiment (hay fever), as Mind could not entertain a disgreeable sentiment. I breathe in the eternal Life Essence. By this breath I am purified and made strong. I am freed from the belief in anything unlike Perfection. And so it is.

Treatment for Health
God is Omnipresent, Omniscient and Omnipotent. God is Mind. God is Imagination.
I and God are One. I am part of God as a wave is part of the ocean. I Am made in the image of God and therefore I Am everything that God is. My security lies in the fact that I AM Mind and I Am Imagination. What I image is what I create in my outer world. My senses confirm what I have created through my inner world but rest assured, it can be changed. My changed thoughts can change my outer world. This is my security. This is principle and can be duplicated. I choose to accept full responsibility for my personal world.
My desires are God's desires. I desire perfect health. My inner world is my ultimate reality. Life is easy. Life is effortless. Perfect health comes to me and it comes without struggle. I close my eyes and picture myself in perfect health. I feel strong and vibrant. My body is renewing itself at the atomic and cellular level. The perfect blueprint is embedded in the DNA and my recognition of my Oneness with God brings this renewal to life. All things are possible with God. All things are natural with God. So called miracles and the supernatural are only words for those who do not understand principle and the ultimate reality of life. I am made in the image of God and God creates with His Word and thus I create with my word and my recognition of truth. I expect perfect health for this is God's will for me. My will and God's will are one and the same. I can only desire good for God can only desire good. Although all my senses may deny this truth, I will keep on affirming the truth and it will become my outer reality. As within, so without. My body is in perfect harmony... perfect symmetry... perfectly functional in every way. I am perfect in body and spirit for I am in God and God is in me. What I recognize in my inner world will be recognized in my outer world, and of this I am sure.
I am thankful that I can see perfection. I am thankful that I am secure in this perfect Law that gives me freedom. I am thankful that I am at peace knowing that this principle works in all things and my perfection of health is included in these all things. I am thankful that nothing is too hard for God. I am thankful that it is possible to heal all things for in reality all is God and all is Mind. I am thankful that I have been endowed with imagination and that I can picture perfect health and can feel all the feelings of perfect health.I am thankful for knowing these truths and understanding their simplicity. I am thankful for knowing that I am everything that God is.
I release these thoughts and these words knowing that the process has begun. I release these words knowing that the Law is at work and I can rest in this knowing. I release these affirmations knowing that all things will be attracted to me in the perfect time and in the perfect way to unveil my perfect health.

I know that as there is one Mind, tha Mind is God and that Mind is my mind, so also there is one Body, that Body is spiritual and that Body is my body. So, every organ, every function, every action and reaction of my body is in harmony with the divine creative Spirit. I have both "the mind of Christ" and the Body of God.
I live in the one Mind and act through the one Body, in accord with divine harmony, perfection and poise. Every organ of my body moves in accord with perfect harmony. The Divine circulates through me automatically, spontaneously and perfectly. Every atom of my being is animated by the Divine Perfection.
My body, and every part of it, is made of pure substance - God. It cannot deteriorate. This instant this infinite substance within me, that is constantly flowing through me, takes form in the likeness of perfect, whole, complete cells. My body (Spirit in form) knows no time, knows no degree; it knows only to express fully, instantaneously. The perfect Life of God now expresses through me, and every part of my body expresses its innate perfection and wholeness.
And so it is.

January 24, 2008 & Healing Limitation

Have you ever noticed that the word "health" contains the word "heal" ... and as we strive for physical health in our prayer-treatments, we should also strive to heal the limitations that we have established in our minds. As we affirm "Wholeness" we realize that our desires for greater financial abundance, success, physical health, happiness, and loving companionship, are all benefits of a healthy mind that is not hindered by limitations. Let us know this is so:

I rejoice and give thanks that within me is the awareness to eliminate limitations from my mind. As I recognize my eternal unity with God, Infinite Spirit, I know and I know that I know, that I am healed of any idea of limitation, whether in the past or in the present. I live today as if all things are available to me; loving companionship, the perfect home, financial abundance, success in all that I do, and a joyful heart filled with gladness. I accept these things knowing that there is nothing that can separate me from my Good, for my Good is God made manifest in my experiences. I have a complete faith and I act with conviction on the ideas that come to my awareness for I know that this Divine Presence reveals Itself to me as It heals any remnants of limitation, doubt or fear, in my consciousness. I act with confidence knowing that everything has been prepared for me to succeed and to prosper in all that I do. Today is the day of my amazing good fortune, for in my realization that God desires only Good for me, I can always accept and expect my Good to be made manifest, now, and always. And so it is.

January 13, 2008 & All Is Spirit

I recognize and believe that Spirit is seeking to manifest Itself as my Good. In the awareness that I am One with Spirit, I simply know that when I want something (name it) for any particular purpose, I simply know that it is accomplished now in Divine Mind. I am never in need for all my needs are met in the right and perfect time and in the right and perfect way. I am always filled with the faith of knowing that my Good comes to me. I know that All is Spirit and that as I communicate with Spirit in the language of thought, that Spirit responds to me in the affirmative. Now I open my mind to receive this Good (name it) that I accept for myself. I have a right to it. I am ready to receive it. I am glad for it. I give thanks for it. I know that Divine Love working through the law of my mind gives it to me now. There are no obstructions to my Good (name it) for there are infinite ways in which Spirit works to bring forth this Good (name it) into manifestation in my life now. I feel gratitude filling my heart as I give thanks to God, Infinite Spirit, for providing me, through my consciousness, all that I choose for myself and for others. I am so very blessed in so many ways. My world of affairs reflects my faith in Spirit and in the Abundant Life that God has provided for me. I feel God's perfect Love surrounding me now. And so it is.

July 19, 2007 & Treatment for Health

In treatment, we are always treating the "consciousness" ... in other words, never the effects; the beliefs and thoughts behind the thing, not the thing itself. We realize that as we "recognize" the perfection of the Spirit within, establish this perfection in consciousness, realize that it is the ultimate Truth of the client or our self, then healing is revealed. Here is a treatment for general health:

God is All, There is but One Power, Intelligence and Consciousness in the Universe, but One Presence. This One Presence cannot change. There is nothing for It to change into but Itself. It is Changeless, and It is my life now, It is in me now. It is the Intelligence that beats my heart and maintains the function of the organs and muscles of my physical body. It is Mind and it is my mind. I realize and know that I can accept perfect, whole and complete health now; physically, mentally, emotionally. I know and accept that "right thought" and "right ideas" about health, create within my consciousness a greater awareness of the Power of the Principle of Health that is inherent within me. God is my health ... I cannot be sick. It is this simple and I establish this simplicity within my mind and forget and release all ideas that contradict this simple statement of the highest Truth. I am not influenced by any condition, appearance, diagnosis or prognosis ... except for the knowing that God's perfect Health permeates my mind, my consciousness and ... my body ... now. I definitely and intelligently declare within myself ... in quiet confidence, my highest understanding of Truth again, "God is my health, I cannot be sick." I am convinced ... I accept Health as normal and natural ... I accept that Infinite Intelligence knows what to do and does it to reflect the truth of Health as me and in me ... now. I know this is so ... I let it be so ... And so it is.
