God Giveth the Increase by Dr. Joseph Murphy

I believe in my heart that I can predict for myself harmony, health, peace, prosperity, and success in business. I enthrone the concepts of peace, harmony, guidance, success, and prosperity in my mind now.

I know and believe these thoughts (seeds) will grow and manifest themselves in my experience. I am a gardener; as I sow, so shall I reap. I sow God-like thoughts (seeds), and these wonderful seeds of success, harmony, prosperity, peace, and good will, automatically will bring forth a wonderful harvest. I nourish and sustain these seeds regularly and systematically by thinking with interest on them. I know my subconscious mind is a bank which multiplies and magnifies whatever I deposit. I will draw out the fruit of the wonderful seeds I am depositing now.

I make these thoughts real by feeling the reality of them. I believe in the law of increase in the same manner that seeds deposited in the soil come forth multiplied 30-fold, 60-fold, and 100-fold. Like seeds, my thoughts dwell in the darkness of my subconscious mind, and , like the seeds, they come above ground (become objectified) as conditions, experiences, and events. I think frequently on these things, and God's power is with my thoughts of good. God giveth the increase.
And so it is.

An Effective Prosperity Prayer by Dr. Joseph Murphy

I know there is only one Source, the Life-Principle, from which all things flow. It created the universe and all things therein contained. I am a focal point of the Divine presence. My mind is open and receptive. I am a free-flowing channel for harmony, beauty, guidance, wealth, and the riches of the Infinite. I know that health, wealth, and success are released from within and appear without. I am now in harmony with the infinite riches within and without, and I know these thoughts are sinking into my subconscious mind and will be reflected on the screen of space. I wish for everyone all the blessings of life. I am open and receptive to God's riches - spiritual, mental, and material - and they flow to me in avalances of abundance.

Dr. Joseph Murphy - Special Prayer for Eyes and Ears

I am the Lord that healeth me. My vision is spiritual, eternal, and a quality of my consciousness. My eyes are Divine ideas, and they are always functioning perfectly.

My perception of spiritual Truth is clear and powerful. The light of understanding dawns in me; I see more and more of God's Truth every day. I see spiritually; I see mentally; I see physically. I see images of Truth and Beauty everywhere.

The infinite Healing Presence is now, this moment, rebuilding my eyes. They are perfect, Divine instruments, enabling me to receive messages from the world within and the world without. The glory of God is revealed in my eyes.

I hear the Truth; I love the Truth; I know the Truth. My ears are God's perfect ideas, functioning perfectly at all times. My ears are the perfect instruments which reveal God's harmony to me. The love, beauty, and harmony of God flow through my eyes and ears; I am in tune with the Infinite. I hear the still, small voice of God within me. The Holy Spirit quickens my hearing, and my ears are open and free. Amen.

"In quietness and in confidence shall be your strength." (Isaiah 30:15) I know that my inner feeling of security is based on my knowledge that God takes care of me, and I have confidence in His direction. My greatest security is that I know and feel God's Presence. I know deep down in my heart that God is the Source of all life and all blessings. God is with me and for me, He watches over me, He cares for me, He provides for me, He supports me, and He loves me. My thoughts are thoughts of fulfillment, since all of God's desires always are being fulfilled. He restoreth my soul and my thought life. His goodness and mercy follow me all the days of my life, for I have chosen to dwell mentally and spiritually with God all the days of my life.

Prayer-Treatment for A Marriage

I know my desire for marriage and happiness is the voice of God in me urging me to lead a full and happy life. I know that I am one with the Infinite now. I know and believe there is a man waiting to love and cherish me. I know I can contribute to his happiness and peace. I can be a great asset to him. I can cherish, love, and inspire him to greatness, just as he inspires me. He loves my ideals, and I love his ideals. He does not want to make me over; neither do I want to make him over. There are mutual love, freedom, and respect between us. These words go forth and accomplish whereunto they are sent. I have written this request in my subconscious mind with faith and confidence, and I decree it is done, finished, and established in my deeper mind. Whenever I think of marriage, I shall remind myself that the Infinite Intelligence of my subconscious is bringing this to pass in Divine order.

"I know that no matter what negative beliefs I held yesterday, my prayer or affirmation of truth will rise triumphantly over it today.
Today is God's day; it is a glorious day for me. I am full of peace, harmony, and joy. My faith is in the goodness of God, in the guidance of God, and in the love of God. I am absolutely convinced that my deeper mind receives the impress of my present thoughts now, and I am irresistably attracting into my experience all the good things my heart desires. I now place all my reliance, faith, and trust in the power and wisdom of God within me; I am at peace.
I hear the invitation of the God-Presence within me saying, "come unto me, all ye that labor ... and I will give you rest" ... I rest in God; all is well.

Dwelling with God

"I live in a state of consciousness. It is the consciousness of inner peace, joy, harmony, and good will for all men. I know that my real country is not a geographical location; a country is a dwelling place. I dwell in the Secret Place of the Most High; I abide in the Shadow of the Almighty; I walk and talk with God all the days of my life. I know that there is only one Divine Family, and that is humanity. "Let God arise, and his enemies be scattered." (Psalm 68:1)
I know that my only enemies are fear, ignorance, superstition, compromise, and other false gods. I will not permit these enemies to dwell in my mind. I refuse to give negative thoughts a passport to my mind. I enthrone God and His love in my mind. I think, feel, and act from the standpoint of Divine love. March 11, 2008 & Imagination

This treatment was written by Dr. Joseph Murphy, author of the classic, "Power of Your Subconscious Mind":

"Where there is no vision, the people perish ..." (Proverbs 29:18) My vision is that I desire to know more of God and the way He works. My vision is for perfect health, harmony, and peace. My vision is the inner faith that Infinite Spirit heals and guides me now in all my ways. I know and believe that the God-Power within me answers my prayer; this is a deep conviction within me. I know that imagination is the result of what I image in my mind. Faith is, as Paul says, the substance out of which the image is formed. (Hebrews 11:1)
I make it my daily practice to imagine only for myself and for others also that which is noble, wonderful, and God-like. I now imagine that I am doing the thing I long to do; I imagine that I now possess the things I long to possess; I imagine that I am what I long to be. To make it real, I feel the reality of it, and I know that it is so. Thank you, Father.

March 2, 2008 & Today Is God's Day

Today is God's day. I choose happiness, success, prosperity, and peace of mind. I am Divinely guided all day long, and whatever I do will prosper. Whenever my attention wanders away from my thoughts of success, peace, prosperity, or my good, I will immediately bring back my thoughts to the contemplation of God and His Love, knowing that He careth for me. I am a wonderful success in all my undertakings. I bless and prosper all those who enter into my experience of life. All these thoughts are now sinking into my subconscious mind, and they come forth as abundance, security, and peace of mind. It is wonderful!

February 4, 2008 & Be Someone's Valentine

We are only ten days away from Valentine's Day, and so I am posting this treatment from Dr. Joseph Murphy (modified) for those who are choosing to attract their ideal life-mate into their life ... perhaps in time for Valentine's Day:

I know that I am one with God now. In Spirit I live, move, and have my being. God is life; this life is the life of all men and women. We are all sons and daughters of the one Father (Creator). I know and believe that there is a man (woman) waiting to love and cherish me. I know I can contribute to his (her) happiness and peace. He (She) love my ideals, and I love his (her) ideals. He (She) does not want to make me over; neither do I want to make him (her) over. There are mutual love, freedom, and respect.
There is one mind; I know him (her) now in this mind. I now unite with the qualities and attributes that I admire and want expressed by my husband (wife). I am one with them in my mind. We know and love each other in Divine Mind. I see the God in him (her); he (she) sees the God in me. Having met him (her) within, I must meet him (her) in the without, for this is the law of my own mind.
These words go forth and accomplish whereunto they are sent. I know it is now done, finished, and accomplished in God. Thank you, Father. And so it is.

January 26, 2008 & Dr. Murphy, Prayer for Prosperity

From Dr. Joseph Murphy: "... Thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." (Joshua 1:8) I now give a pattern of success and properity to the deeper mind within me, which is the law. I now identify myself with the Infinite Source of supply. I listen to the still, small voice of God within me. This inner voice leads, guides, and governs all my activities. I am one with the abundance of God. I know and believe that there are new and beter ways of conducting my business; Infinite Intelligence reveals the new ways to me.
I am growing in wisdom and understanding. My business is God's business. I am Divinely prospered in all ways. Divine Wisdom within me reveals the ways and means by which all my affairs are adjusted in the right way immediately.
The words of faith and conviction which I now speak open up all the necessary doors or avenues for my success and prosperity. I know that "the Lord (Law) will perfect that which concerneth me ..." (Psalm 138:8) My feet are kept in the perfect path, because I am a son/daughter of the living God."

One of my favorite things to do is to read treatments written by such metaphysical masters as Dr. Joseph Murphy, Dr. Ernest Holmes, Dr. Robert Bitzer, Dr. Eric Butterworth, and Dr. O. C. Smith. The treatments they wrote give evidence of the powerful consciousness behind the words that they used. Each of them mastered metaphysics and left us great works to learn from. It is like "mental nutrition" and the benefits are incredible. Today, I would like to share a treatment that I read today written by Dr. Joseph Murphy:

September 3, 2007 & Dr. Murphy Treatment

I sent this treatment from Dr. Joseph Murphy with my message to my subscriber lists this week, but I like it so much, I want to share it with everyone. It is a blessing: "The gifts of God are mine. I use every moment of this day to glorify God. God's harmony, peace, and abundance are mine. Divine love flowing from me blesses all who come into my atmosphere. God's love is healing me now. I fear no evil for God is with me. I am always surrounded by the sacred circle of God's love and power. I claim, feel, know, and believe definitely and positively that the spell of God's love and eternal watchfulness guides, heals, and takes care of all members of my family and loved ones. .... I forgive everyone, and I sincerely radiate God's love, peace, and good will to all men everywhere. At the center of my being is peace; this is the peace of God. In this stillness I feel His strength, guidance, and the love of His Holy Presence. I am Divinely guided in all my ways. I am a clear channel for God's love, light, truth, and beauty.
