Today and always, I recognize that I am in the Spirit and the Spirit is in me. There can be no separation from this One Life as I live, move, and have my being in It. As I identify with this truth I realize that the Spirit is seeking to express Itself through me, as me and for me, and I let It move freely through my heart, my mind and my soul. I know that in the Spirit my every need is met and "I shall not want" for any good thing. I know and I accept that in this moment, the images of good in my mind are a reflection of the desires of the Spirit for me to be experienced by me, through me. There is not a moment in my existence that the Spirit is not with me, sustaining me and maintaining my consciousness with Love, Happiness, Joy, Peace, Wisdom and Harmony ... these are the gifts of the Spirit and they are always available to me. No condition, no circumstance, no problem or failure can eliminate the Spirit from being ever-Present in my life. It is a joy to realize this, to recognize it as the truth for me and for every one. Spirit moves freely in me and there are no conditions, no limits, to Its ability to perfect that which concerns me, now and always ... for I am in the Spirit and the Spirit is in me.

"I Am That Too" ... Rev. Henry Bates

No matter where we go, there we are. And in the absolute we know that we are Spirit, Life and Truth. The Spirit lives in us and we live in the Spirit and we know this at the center of our Being as the truth. This spark of the Divine within us is the peace, the love, the joy, the wisdom, the beauty, that will always be within us no matter what we may face in this life or in the afterlife. These things of the Spirit are eternal and we shall possess them for eternity. Yet, only our recognition of this truth will reveal these things to us, in our self, and in others. And so we begin to recognize that the Spirit lives in us, enjoys life through us, protects us, guides us, and directs us to even greater and greater heights of joy and peace and love and beauty and wisdom. We can read in the ancient scriptures that "G-d so loved the world that this spirit of Love became part of all living things" ... we are a part of G-d, not all of G-d, but a precious part of this Divine Love. Let's believe this as the truth for us, for those we love, and for everyone. And in so doing, we shall experience more of this Divine Love in all things that concern us. Love will perfect that which concerns us ... as we recognize the power of Love. Whenever we think we need more beauty, we can know that we are a part of Beauty. Whenever we think we need more joy, we can know that we are a part of Joy. Whenever we think we need more love, we can know I am that too.

And so it is. Amen.

Eliminate Fear from the Subconscious Mind

My mind is relaxed. I take three deep breaths and breathe in and out. I am relaxed and calm.

There is one life and that life is God. God is love and harmony; joy and happiness. God is divine right order and divine direction. God is one and the only power there is. Everything flows in and through God.

That life is my life now. Pure light and pure energy flow through me now and I am one with the power that created me. My mind is connected with the one infinite mind and knowledge, joy, love, and happiness’s pour through my spirit which is connected to God.

I claim now that in my subconscious and conscious mind that all fear is eliminated. I release the past that I have held onto and I am now a new confident person. The quality of my life is improved and I am safe in the universe. I accept change in my life and know that ahead of me are many new opportunities and wonderful experiences and I go for them all. The fear of poverty and the fear of loneness is out of my subconscious and conscious mind forever. I eliminate and say no to every negative and destructive fearful thought I have ever had or have. I am always protected at all times. I am in harmony with nature at all times and all is well. I sleep and move in complete safety. Nature protects me at all times and I am secure at all times. The universe always says yes to me. I rise above all negative thoughts and emotions. I have no limitations and health, wealth, and loving relationships are mine now. I see my magnificence now and others see it. By erasing all fear and negative thoughts from my life now, I let my light shine and know that God is directing me with divine right order. I am in the right place at the right time.

I thank God/Spirit/Universe for this gift of love and elimination of all fear in my life. I thank God for guiding me to trust the process of life. I am grateful that life is supporting me at all times and I have peace and harmony in my life now.

I now release this into the universe, knowing that I am in safe hands at all times, whether I am retired or camping in the forest or swimming in the ocean. I now let go and let God.
And so it is.
