Treatment for Supply by Dr. Ernest Holmes

A treatment after this manner should prove the law of abundance in the life of those who use such statements, and believe in them:

"I am surrounded by pure Spirit, by God, the Living Spirit. My thought is God thought, and it is the law unto that thing where unto it is spoken. Everything that I do shall be a success. I am led, guided and inspired by the Living Spirit of Love and of right action. I am compelled to move in the right direction and to always know what to do, where, and how to do it.

"I am surrounded by right action. I am filled with the consciousness of right action. Right action is success in all that I undertake to do. I am successful in all my undertakings, and I am compensated for all my efforts. I am surrounded by Substance, which is always taking the form of supply and always manifesting Itself to me in the form of whatever my need may be at the time.

"I always have an abundance of money and an abundance of whatever it takes to make life happy and opulent. There is a continuous movement toward me of supply, of money, of all that I need to express the fullest life, happiness and action.

"I have an inner understanding of my place in the Universe. I know that it is unique. The Divine has not incarnated in anyone else in just the same individual way that It has in me. I am unique and forever individualized. Therefore, I do not need to imitate anyone or to long for the good that belongs to another. All good is now mine and is now manifest in my experience. I do not compete with anyone, for I am and remain forever myself. This self is united with all selves, but is always an individual and a unique self.

"There is that in me which all people recognize as worth while and desirable, and everyone whom I meet loves this self of mine and recognizes its worth. I draw all toward me and those whom I can benefit and those who can benefit me are irresistibly drawn toward me. I do not strain, will or coerce. I know. The Truth makes me free from the fear of poverty or bondage, and emancipates me from the thought of limitation. I see that money, like everything else that is desirable, must be a spiritual idea, and I know that I have this idea right in my mind at this moment, I shall always have this idea of abundance. It is mine and I take it.

"The opportunity for self-expression and compensation is always open to me and I am at all times compelled to know, accept and operate upon this opportunity. I have abundance because I am abundance.
"All that the Father hath is mine."
And So It Is.

Love & Security - Dr. Ernest Holmes

Today I bestow the essence of love upon everything. Everyone I meet shall be lovely to me. My soul meets the soul of the Universe in everyone. This love is a healing power touching everything into wholeness.
The Law of Good is flowing through me. I am one with the rhythm of Life. There is nothing to be afraid of. There is nothing to be uncertain about. God is over all, in all, and through all. God is right where I am. I am at peace with the world in which I live. I am at home with the Divine Spirit in which I am immersed.
And so it is.
Amen.

I'm So Thankful

I rejoice and give thanks for this day and for knowing that as I recognize the Presence of the Spirit in my life that everything is in perfect Divine Law and Order. My mind is relaxed as I accept the ideas that Spirit has for me today. I am never anxious or frustrated as I know that there is always and answer and a solution to every seeming problem. I give thanks for the opportunities that come to me to reveal my faith and awareness of G-d's infinite good expressing for me, through me. I have a deep conviction that I will always have plenty and some to spare. I give generously of that which I receive, knowing that I am giving from an infinite Source which always meets my every need. All that I do, I do with joy and enthusiasm, for I know that it is mine to do. I give thanks for my realization of these truths as they express effortlessly in my life now. And so it is. Amen.

My Health Is G-d Expressing As Me, For Me

As I recognize the All-ness of G-d, Infinite Spirit, I recognize that all that is of value; health, happiness, love, joy, peace, wisdom and beauty ... are of G-d. I know that all these gifts of the Spirit are within me. It is natural and beautiful to let the expression of the Divine flow through my mind, my heart and my soul. I am never without the gifts of the Spirit for they are always available to me, immediately as I recognize and claim them as mine. My health is the Spirit's Health sustaining and maintaining my physical being in perfect order and synchronicity. The Life of the Spirit lives within me, physically, mentally and emotionally. I am a part of this Health of G-d, a part of this Perfection, Completeness and Wholeness. The Creator has expressed Itself in me, as me, and for me. All the Health that I will ever realize is G-d expressing Itself through me; physical health, mental well-being, emotional balance. All these and more create within me the capacity and the ability to expand this life of mine into a greater expression of the One Life that is G-d. My health, success, wealth, loving companionship ... are all the gifts that I have accepted from the One Source of All-Good, G-d. I am immensely blessed because I accept all the Good that is mine to experience. Each and every day I give thanks for G-d, for the Good, and for this gift of life, eternal. I know that Health is Life and Life is G-d ... there is no separation, only G-d expressing Its Life infinitely individualized as me and as every living thing. I am grateful for this awareness, thankful for this understanding ... and blessed for knowing that besides G-d, there is none other. One G-d, One Good, available to All, right now, right where I am and right where you are. And so it is. Amen.

My Own Shall Come To Me

My Own Shall Come To Me

From far and near my own shall come to me. Even now it is coming to me and I receive it.
My own is now manifesting itself to me, and I see and know its presence. My own shall know and respond to me.
My own cannot be kept from me, neither can I keep my good away from me. I receive my good NOW.
My own shall find me. No matter where I go, it will follow and claim me.
I cannot hide myself from my own.
My own shall come to me, even though I deny it; for there is nothing in me that can hinder it from entering and taking possession of my Soul.
My own is now expressed.
And so it is.
