Treatment for Retirement by K.T.

I am relaxed and calm. My mind is at rest and it is quiet and still. I take deep breaths and I am at peace.

There is one life and that life is God. God is joy and expression. God is life and fulfillment. That life is my life now. I am part of the expression and joy of life. Spirit is circulating through my life and body. I am one with the universal power.

I know and accept that retirement is just the beginning for me. I accept that my life is full of excitement, joy, and sparkle when I retire. I have wonderful things to do and the freedom I have in my life is fantastic. Any fear that I have regarding retirement are banished from my mind and replaced with thoughts of excitement. I am productive, creative, and dynamic in my retirement. I am self-motivated. I have experiences that are positive and wonderful. Money flows into my life when I am retired. Any fears that I have regarding not having enough money when I retire are replaced with thoughts of abundance. I am prosperous and abundant and have more money than I ever expected when I am retired. Money flows into my life in expected and unexpected ways. I travel when I am retired and have the money and time now to experience this. Joy is flowing through my life and I wonder why I didn’t retire before.

I thank God/Spirit/Universe for my retirement and for being able to experience the joys of retirement. I release this into the universe and trust in God to take me to higher, vigorous, and joyful days.

March 10, 2008 & Receiving the Answer

This treatment was written by Dr. Ernest Holmes, author of "The Science of Mind" and a true American mystic:

I know that there is an inner Presence in everything. I know that this Presence responds to me. I know that everyone is an incarnation of God, that the living Spirit breathes through all. I recognize this Spirit and It responds to me. I realize that everything is alive, awake and aware with Spirit.
I commune with this Divine Presence. The Spirit within me reaches out and communes with the Spirit in everything and everyone I contact. It is the same Spirit in all, over all, and through all.
I have a deep realization that I am surrounded by an infinite Law which receives the impress of my thought and acts creatively upon it. I am conscious of my ability to use this Law, to direct it for specific purposes, for myself and others. There is nothing in me that can deny, limit, obstruct, divert or in any way hinder my use of this Law. It is within my own mind, because God is right where I am.
In calm confidence, in perfect trust, in abiding faith and with complete peace, I let go of every problem, as a problem. I receive the answer as fulfillment.
And so it is.

February 18, 2008 & Consciously on God

From the ancient scriptures, Isaiah 26:3 "Thou wilt keep [them] in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because they trusteth in thee."
I rejoice and give thanks for the awareness that as I consciously think towards God ... I find myself at peace with all things that concern me. I am never disturbed, worried, or concerned, for there is no room for these thoughts in my mind. As I maintain, in my mind, the Truth that I am in God and of God ... I know and I know that I know, that All the Power of God is right where I am. It is my great joy to consciously contemplate the glorious Presence of God within me and in All that I see. I invite the Holy Spirit into my heart and my faith is increased tremendously. I do not entertain thoughts of lack or limitation for being the free spirit that I am, I cannot be bound to anything that restricts my thinking. I seek the All-ness of God and I witness Its Presence in the world around me. I continually draw from the Abundance of the Infinite knowing that my every desire is fulfilled in the right and perfect time. My conscious realization of God's Omnipresence, keeps me in perfect peace, strengthens my faith, and renews my trust in God Infinite Good-ness. I feel a deep sense of gratitude in knowing that I am One with God, One with the Good ... in all ways and in all things ... and in this knowing, Peace is Omnipresent in my life now. And so it is.

February 8, 2008 & Peace Be Still

The following treatment is from "This Thing Called Life" by Ernest Holmes:

The peace of God is at the center of my being.
I am conscious of this peace.
I enter into this peace.
I am surrounded by this peace.
This peace moves out from me in all directions.
It calms the troubled waters of my experience.
It heals everything it contacts.
There is nothing but peace.
I rejoice in this peace.
I permit this peace to enter my soul, to fill me with calm, to inspire me with confidence.
I know that this peace goes before me and makes perfect, plain and straight my way.
And so it is.
