Knowing that there is only One Mind, I unify with this Mind and clear my mind of all things that appear as discord. My thoughts flow freely and easily and I move through ideas with ease. I approve of myself as I am and base my decisions on principles of Truth. I express myself freely and joyously as I express the creativity within me. I willingly release the past as I move forward with harmony, peace, love and joy ... with a grateful heart. And so it is.
